Educated at Igbinedion University and receiving a Degree in Law, she was called to the Nigeria Bar after completing the mandatory Bar Examinations. She currently works as a senior accountant for Sunville Group, handling large volume of financial services. An accountant by profession, she graduated from Michael Okapra University and she is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Gift graduated from Abia State Polytechnic with a Degree in Accounting. Having worked with some insurance companies, she joined the Real Estate Profession bringing her wealth of experience from the financial world into the Real Estate Profession, giving her an edge over others as she has a more understand of investment. With about 4 years experience in Real Estate, she is a force to be reckoned with.

A lover of Philosophy, Adaugo graduated from Imo State University in Nigeria with a degree in Philosophy and soon developed a passion for Real Estate. Engr. Josaphat Odo is a Coren Registered Civil/Structural Engineer with vast experience in design and construction. He has worked in prestigious organizations such as Dantata & Sawoe Construction company Ltd and Lekki Gardens Estates Ltd where he worked for years as a Project Manager. He attended the University of Port-Harcourt and the University of Lagos for his Bsc and Msc degrees respectively. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers. Josaphat also possesses Project Management Certification. Josaphat is a competent Civil Structural Engineer & Project Manager with good communication, organization and coordination skills, possessing a track record of delivering projects safely and cost effectively.
